Brittny Nicole

Our precious baby girl Brittny Nicole Abbott was born on August 25th, 2005 at 12:34pm. After many hours of labor she was born into this world without any complications. She was very small at 4lbs 8.5oz. She spent a week in the NICU. The nurses were so amazed because she didn’t eat like a preemie baby she ate like a full term baby. She spent the least amout of time in the NICU than any baby they had ever seen for being a preemie baby. Nothing has held her back since the beginning. She’s a very active smart little girl. She has brought so much joy into our lives. No matter how many times she tells us “No”.

*August 25th, 2006 – First Birthday

We had a small private party of just close friends and family at our apartment. She got lots of gifts and had alot of fun. Two of her favorite gifts from her birthday were her tool bench for her Pa Pa(Grandpa Tim) and her keys from her Uncle Josh and Aunt Livy. She even went swimming with Uncle James, Pa Pa, Mommy, Daddy, & Brady. She was so excited to be getting all the attention. She loved her first birthday…especially the cake 🙂

*August 25th, 2007 – Second Birthday

Again this year she had a small party. All the guests were the same. Her party was Blues Clues Themed. She loved all of her new toys and enjoyed chasing around the remote control car that Grandma & Grandpa Ritchey got her. She understood a little bit more this year what was going on. We let her dig into the cake. She loved that part. The icing stained her elbows.

*August 25th, 2008 – Third Birthday

Small parties must be the best. We had a small party at Lions Park one of the local parks in the area. She got lots of gifts and loved having all of her guests there. Even her dad was able to make it to the party. Her other guests included: Grandma Beth, Trish, Alfonso, Angeline, Rosa, Steven, Christi, Keith, Krystal & last but not least Andy. She truely enjoyed herself this year. Her birthdays get more exciting every year as she grows.
